Chanel S/S 2010 Show

My man Karl Lagerfeld is changing the face of high-end fashion with pure creativity. Choosing Lily Allen to rep Chanel’s bags, premiering Chanel’s 2010 Cruise Collection on a beach in Venice, and even creating a Chanel motorcycle. It is no wonder that he is being immortalized by companies like Tokidoki for being the walking icon that he is. Well, for the Chanel spring / summer 2010 show Uncle Karl decided to out do himself by once again going outside of the fashion box. The Grand Palais was transformed into a giant barn. All the runway platforms were wood, there was hay everywhere and people were rumored to be going a little nuts. As if the hysteria wasn’t palpable enough no electronic devices were allowed to be used during the show. Lily Allen of course was in attendance for a performance.
