Vogue “Military Issue” Editorial

Posted on 23. Feb, 2010 by bespokeordie in Trends

One of the trends that I been following for a while has been the growing understated military-inspired clothing and accessories that have been popping up more and more since late last year.  The glamour has died out, thankfully, from camouflage and the focus has turned to where it should have been all along, on cut, quality, and design.  For their March 2010 issue, Vogue US drops this “Military Issue” editorial featuring brands like Chloe, Burberry Prorsum, Balmain, Gucci and more photographed by the always fantastic Mario Testino.  If you want to see runway offerings of a similar style from Rag & Bone, Balmain, Phi, and Jean Paul Gaultier jump over to a post I brought you back in October 2009 titled “Military Inspired is Back for Spring 2010.”
