Radyer & Spears for Vogue Nippon

    For the February 2010 issue of Vogue Nippon models Missy Radyer and Kendra Spears get “Dressed for Battle” in this military-inspired photoshoot. Photographed by Paola Kudacki and styled by Aurora Sansone the two ladies make life in the military look almost sartorial. This shoot takes many of the looks I brought you back in October in a post titled “Military Inspired is Back for Spring 2010” as seen on the runway from the likes of Rag & Bone, Balmain, Phi, and Jean Paul Gaultier and really gives you a sense of how the trend can be implemented. Whether you are leaving for work in the morning or heading out for a night on the town this editorial gives you an idea of how you can take these elements from runway couture and incorporate them into your lifestyle. Well, maybe not the full bodied jumpsuit, but you get the idea. By the way I love the action poses for this shoot, priceless!!
