Penfield F/W 2009 Collection

    The Parisian streetwear team over at Starcow were kind enough to give the world this preview of Penfield’s new vest and jacket collection for the fall / winter 2009 season. Ironically the brand is a young privately-owned American outerwear company. Aside from the basic down vests, the rest of the collection has a pretty cool western cowboy vibe that I really like, particularly the contrasting shoulders. Maybe it is because I live on the west coast, but I’ve never really been able to pull off wearing a down vest. If you’re like me and wondering how to incorporate one in to your daily grind I have also included some pictures of Chris Paul shot by Ben Watts for an article titled “Down With Chris Paul” that appeared in the December 2008 issue of GQ.
