Victim Nubuck Leather Belts

    Based in Japan’s second largest island, Hokkaido, you wouldn’t expect Victim to offer simple, timeless, and understated pieces. Afterall, Japan is the home of all things limited and extreme like Bape and Harajuku. Despite my love for Verbal and Nigo it would seem as if there are still some strong Japanese offerings for even the mildest of fashionable pallets. As part of the Spring / Summer 2010 Collection, Victim is offering up these beautiful Nubuck leather belts. The belts have grommets that stretch their entire length and double as the holes for the buckle for a clean uninterrupted look. Four colorways are offered including the traditional black, beige, and brown. But, my favorite by far is the pink beige color with just a subtle hint of distinction. I am not sure why Victim’s offerings are so mellow and simple, but I am willing to guess that the capital of Hokkaido being Sapporo and a certain beverage with it’s namesake may have something to do with it.
