Vans California S/S 2010 Authentic CA

    The latest drop from Vans‘ “California Collection” is the Authentic CA model for the Spring / Summer 2010 season. Comprised almost completely of traditional ripstop nylon material, the Authentic CA is set in an all pewter colored upper with ginger colored accents. Ripstop nylon for those of you who don’t know is a light-weight nylon fabric with inter-woven ripstop reinforcement threads in a crosshatch pattern. So it is lightweight and strong. Grey has definitely been my winter color of choice this season. I have been wearing a ton of it as both an accent color and even in entire monochromatic looks. Never once have I thought of mixing in a bold orange hue. It is a good look.
