Nike S/S 2010 Air Max 1 Grey/Orange

    Exploring my new found admiration for the surprisingly pleasing aesthetic of grey and orange sparked by the Vans California Spring / Summer 2010 Authentic CA shoe earlier today, here is another take on the same palette. For their own Spring / Summer 2010 collection Nike is taking the Air Max 1 and is giving it the grey / orange touch. A much more subtle, almost pastel pairing of colors on the Air Max 1 gives the colors a less vibrant and bold stance with the use of orange solely as an accent to the white suede and mesh base of the shoe. Personally, I would have liked to have seen a tad bit more flair on this offering by Nike.
