Nike Blazer High “Carbon Fiber”

In case you haven’t noticed I am a car guy. The past few years of my life have taken a step back from the tuning world and I have to be honest, I miss it a lot. My trip to the Formula Drift Judgment Day Races helped spark up enough nostalgia that I am now going through what I assume recovering addicts do when they have a sip of wine after years of sobriety. I am struggling to keep my nubby little paws from getting started again because it is both costly and time consuming. While Nike doesn’t offer up a cure here, they definitely give me a little reprieve from the affliction for all things modified. As part of their Holiday 2009 Collection Nike is giving the iconic Blazer High the carbon fiber treatment. Not only are the accents of the shoe inspired by the grey and black tone, but the upper is covered in carbon fiber like the dashboard of my old BMW M3. The Swoosh comes in white leather to complement the light grey sole and laces. Definitely a cool shoe.
