Adidas Originals Highrise Sneaker

    The silhouette of this shoe is fantastic. And, oddly enough I like the gray colorway much more than the white which is my typical preference. The Adidas Originals team continues to push forward creating innovative and new sneaker designs with one of their latest being this “Highrise” shoe. Featuring a full grain, premium leather upper the Highrise is sneakily clad in a subtle snake embossed pattern on the ankle collar, around the toe-box, and rectangular eye-stays. Straps are present, like many other contemporary designs these days, on both the forefoot and the heel. Like I alluded to earlier though, it is the shape of the shoe which has won me over. Slim, unique, and understated.
