A more humble man wouldn’t take the red hot opportunity to say “I told you so.” But, I am not a more humble man so “I told you so, damn it!” It would seem as if I wasn’t the only one who thought that this year’s at “The Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion” Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City was a showing of pure dooky. Valentino himself told The Guardian‘s Oliver Marrie, “I think now all the girls look very ugly. I saw the pictures of the Metropolitan gala evening last week and I never saw something more ugly, all the girls have their legs out with the most terrible proportions.” I wonder what Madonna, Rihanna, and Mrs. Beckham think about that one? I guess I would be a little bitchy if Uma Thurman tried to eat me too.
